Greetings All,

IN anticipation of the LARGER group - we have decided to move locations! This location will be much better as we can talk more and have more room... See details below. Folks will get there as early as 6:45, so come as soon as you can... but we will likely go until about 8:30 or 9pm.

Our COMBINED COMMUNITY meeting has been called for all of us to get together
and talk about the future... We will have an update from a bunch of
different groups and we would LOVE TO HAVE SOME PRIDE members there... If
not ALL OF THEM!

At 6:45 or so we welcome folks to talk about the recent ENDORSEMENTS issued
by the Forum for Equality - Claude Martin who was there for the interviews
will be present and we can talk with him about those interviews. We also
plan to discuss other candidates that members are working with and how we
can best insure OUR PEOPLE get out and vote to make the passage of our bills
next year more of a reality.

Then at 7:30 more of a social gathering with others will happen - Pride
Society which is starting back up strong at ULL will be there... And MEET UP
Members which has a lot of new folks will be attending.

This All will be at ACADIANA CARES - 203 W. 3rd Street (follow Congress
towards the Thruway - where it splits DOWNTOWN - Acadiana CARES will be on
the RIGHT - there is parking all over downtown or on the next block towards
the thruway.)

We would love to see you there... Members from... Louisiana Stonewall,
Forum for Equality, League for Equality and others will all be present!

PLEASE pass the word and invite as many folks as we can... I am thinking
about ordering in some nibbles - can someone get the drinks?

Please RSVP off list to me as we are thinking about bringing in some NIBBLES
for the event and want to have enough!
